"I first experienced the excellent diagnostic medical services at the Greenbrier Clinic in 1969 and I just concluded my 20th visit at the prestigious institution. My initial medical problem in 1969 was related to high blood pressure, which is now well-controlled. My heavy case load during my 50 years of trial practice has had its stress related impact, which makes it important to monitor ones health.

In 1994, I was diagnosed by the Clinic with carcinoma of the prostate and subsequently underwent a radical prostatectomy. In 1998, the clinic diagnosed a malignant carcinoid lesion of the lung and I underwent a successful left upper lobe lobectomy.

I have continued to have a busy trial schedule. In January 2007, I spent the entire month in trial, resulting in a $404 million dollar verdict in favor of my clients. That verdict is presently pending appeal before the United States Supreme Court.
