Deposit and Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best service and experience possible, The Greenbrier Clinic provides advanced appointments. Not only does this give us time to prepare it ensures that you are able to secure your visit when it best suits you.
A $250.00 deposit (per person) is required upon booking to ensure your space. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, we must receive your cancellation notice via phone call or in writing fourteen (14) days prior to your appointment. If for any reason you do not cancel your appointment within the specified time frame, The Greenbrier Clinic reserves the right to apply the $250.00 deposit to the credit card taken at the time of your scheduled appointment. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
A receipt of the charges will then be mailed to you.
We understand that your schedule may change at the last minute and/or emergencies may occur preventing you from attending, and we will be happy to make arrangements to reschedule your appointment for a date that can better accommodate your situation.
